We’re excited to introduce Steele Spence as our new Chief of Production for the 25/26 ski season and beyond!
Steele grew up skiing and competing in the Rocky Mountain Freestyle program with AVSC. As a mountain resident, Steele is no stranger to winter conditions, mountain driving, or towing trailers—skills backed by his CDL B license and years of hands-on experience. A former top-five X Games athlete and pioneer in new-school freeskiing, Steele served as the lead slopestyle and halfpipe judge at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics! He brings expert skills, industry smarts, and a lifelong passion for the sport.
Please join us in welcoming Steele to the team!
RMF Athletes—this is your chance to step up!
We need two Athlete Representatives to join the RMF Board. This is your opportunity to bring the athlete perspective to important decisions, help guide programs, and make sure your voice is heard. If you have competed in freestyle within the past 10 years, you are eligible. Click here to submit your interest!
